Grease a swiss roll tin. Line with baking parchment.
Combine all ingredients, except rice crispies and coco pops, in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Simmer 5 mins, uncovered, without stirring, until mixture thickens. Take off heat. Stir in cereal. Mix until evenly coated with sugar mixture. Press firmly into pan, with the help of the base of a glass. Cover with cling film. Refridgerate until firm. Cut into slices.
