This is an easy recipe for mushy peas. I like a little mint in mine, but omit if you don't care for it.
It’s so good! And so easy. I made it both with an without butter, and the butter is what makes it that familiar comfort food & gives it the same consistency as authentic mushy peas. That said even without butter it’s deliciously sweet. - 22 Apr 2018
