Serves: 1 

  • 2 tablespoons low calorie chocolate drink powder
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana
  • 300ml skimmed milk

Method

  1. Chuck everything into a blender and blitz. Pour into a large glass, plonk in a straw and prepare for a heavenly experience!
