About this recipe: A lot of recipes tell you to use fresh mangoes. THIS is the mistake! I've been doing it that way for years and it is very difficult to get around the chalkiness of the mangoes. By going to the pulp, it is a no brainer!

Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 2 (400g) tins mango pulp
  • 100g yoghurt
  • 60ml milk
  • 2 scoops ice cubes

Method

  1. Pour mango pulp, yoghurt, milk and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Tip

If you can't find tinned mango pulp, use 2 (400g) tubs mango slices in juice.
