    About this recipe: A gorgeous and indulgent smoothie, but totally healthy!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 4 ice cubes
    • 1/4 fresh pineapple
    • 1 large banana
    • 250ml (8 fl oz) juice (pineapple, apple, orange or whatever you have handy)

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Place ice cubes, pineapple, banana and pineapple juice into the bowl of a blender. Puree on high until smooth.
    2. Pour into a large glass and drink through a straw - bliss!
