Thank you so much for this recipe, I've just made a salted caramel sauce and it was awful, followed the recipe to a T and it had a burnt taste of it, so I'm not one to be beaten and gave it another shot only using your recipe and it's perfect, I added a little salt at the end and it tastes amazing! I've just made this not sure if it's come out ok i used caster sugar it turned out dark brown then goes crunchy is this right - 17 Feb 2015
