Gran's Yorkshire Pudding

    These are delicious Yorkies! Very easy too! Serve with roast beef or pork, as this recipe requires meat dripping.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 eggs
    • 250ml milk
    • 120g plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 250ml beef dripping

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 220 C / Gas 7. Place about a tablespoon of beef dripping into each case of a Yorkshire pudding tin. Place the tin in the oven to preheat.
    2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Stir in the milk, flour and salt. Fill the Yorkshire pudding cases about halfway.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then reduce the oven temperature to 180 C / Gas 4 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
