Easy white chocolate ganache

    This easy ganache is simply made with cream and good quality white chocolate. Use it to top chocolate eclairs or as a drizzle over dark chocolate covered strawberries.

    Makes: 500 g ganache

    • 400g good quality white chocolate, broken up into pieces
    • 100ml double cream

    Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:30min cooling  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Place the chocolate into a glass or metal bowl and set over the top of a pan of barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
    2. Remove from heat and stir to cool slightly before adding the cream; mix well to combine. Cool completely or until slightly thickened before using.
