Ingredients

225g tamarind paste
100g caster sugar
250ml water
2 xícaras de gelo picado
Method Prep:10min › Extra time:8hr soaking › Ready in:8hr10min
Chop tamarind paste into small pieces. Soak in 250ml water for 8 hours.
Place in your blender and blend till smooth. Strain through a fine sieve.
Pour the strained mixture back into the blender, add sugar and crushed ice and blend again. Add more water to make it thinner, and add more sugar as needed.
