    About this recipe: A non alcoholic fruit punch perfect for your next party or brunch. Apple, orange and pineapple juice combine with fresh mint leaves for a sophisticated touch. For a ginger twist, add some pieces of fresh root ginger.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 litre apple juice
    • 250ml orange juice
    • 250ml pineapple juice
    • 60ml lemon juice
    • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves

    1. In a large pitcher, bowl or jug, mix apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Add mint leaves and stir.


    For a brilliant presentation, make mint ice cubes to float in the fruit punch. Place 2 to 3 mint leaves into each cell of an ice cube tray. Fill the cells with water, then freeze the ice cubes until solid.
