A non alcoholic fruit punch perfect for your next party or brunch. Apple, orange and pineapple juice combine with fresh mint leaves for a sophisticated touch. For a ginger twist, add some pieces of fresh root ginger.
For a brilliant presentation, make mint ice cubes to float in the fruit punch. Place 2 to 3 mint leaves into each cell of an ice cube tray. Fill the cells with water, then freeze the ice cubes until solid.
Love this! I've had these at a The Apple Barn in Pidgeon Forge,TN. Not sure if the recipe is exact but it sure comes close(didn't use mint)~might try it with a drop or two of rum flavored extract. Delicious! - 13 Mar 2007 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
This is great! I loved it and so did my family. I left out the mint garnish since I didn't have any on hand. - 09 Jul 2009 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
I first had this old time southern drink at the Apple Barn in Tennessee. On those hot Arizona desert days this is the cool refreshing drink to have after a long day of herding cattle. - 18 Oct 2010 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
