- salsa dry seasoning mix or fruit seasoning such as Tajín ®
- 1 lemon slice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 jiggers tamarind syrup
- 1 jigger lemon juice
- 1 1/2 jiggers tequila blanco (white tequila)

- Frost the rim of a margarita glass with seasoning and garnish with the lemon slice.
- Place ice, tamarind syrup, lemon juice and tequila in the cocktail shaker and shake till well mixed. Pour into glass and serve.
