The bottled ready made peanut sauce for dipping has so many additives and I also find it too salty to I make my own. If you want it to be thinner, add a little more water.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
4 tablespoons reduced salt soy sauce
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
ΒΌ teaspoon red Thai curry paste, more to taste
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh root ginger
1 tablespoon lime juice
hot water as needed

In a bowl stir peanut butter, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Add Thai curry paste, garlic and ginger and stir till smooth. Add hot water to adjust consistency as desired.
