You will not be disappointed with this wonderful pork chop recipe. It is tender, moist and full of fresh flavours. I serve with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. It's a favourite in our household.
Due to not having some of the ingredients necessary, I sort of adapted this a little. I used paprika instead of garlic powder on the chop, oregano instead of basil in the sauce, and I forgot the feta! However, it was amazing! It was very Spanishy and totally delicious.
