1kg lamb mince
3 onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape small sausage like kebab with moistened hands and thread onto skewers. Press the meat firmly around the skewers so it sticks. Grill at high heat till evenly browned, about 15 minutes, turning the kebabs every so often.
