Savoury lassi

    Enjoy this salty lassi with a kick of green chilli, or leave the chilli out for a tamer version. Add more or less salt to taste.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 200g natural yoghurt
    • 125ml water
    • 125ml milk
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
    • 1/2 green chilli, chopped finely (optional)

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth. Pour over ice, if desired, or chill in the fridge till serving.
