    About this recipe: Wonderful accompaniment for a spicy Indian or even Mexican meal. Helps digestion as well.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g natural yoghurt
    • 125ml water
    • 125ml milk
    • 2/3 tsp salt
    • pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • fresh coriander leaves (optional)
    • ice (optional)

    1. Mix all the ingredients together till well blended. Serve over ice or alone with a hot meal.
