About this recipe:These are just delicious! Even my boyfriend, who doesn't really like the tomato sauce on pizzas, loved these and just wanted more! We had them for lunch and were stuffed afterwards.

1/2 tube tomato puree
1 clove garlic, crushed
340g Mozzarella cheese, grated
340g Cheddar cheese, grated

Half-bake the bread, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool while you prepare the tomato sauce. Switch the oven to medium grill.
In a small bowl, mix together the tomato puree and garlic. Add a couple of shakes of basil. Make sure it is well mixed.
Cut the baguettes horizontally in half, creating two thinner slices per baguette, being just as long as before. Spread the tomato mixture thinly on to the inside surface of each slice. Sprinkle both cheeses to preference, top with oregano and grill for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is just beginning to brown. Sit down, put your feet up and ENJOY :D
