Using a cocktail stick, secure a piece of tomato, then a piece of basil, then a mozzarella ball and finally another piece of tomato. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the vinegar and oil together in a small bowl to serve as a dipping sauce, or simply drizzle over right before serving.
I made this for 6 on Easter Sunday and everyone loved it. It was so simple to prepare and delicious! I will definitely make again but will either halve the dipping sauce or include some good bread to dip too!
