Green tea, apple and pineapple cooler

    I had this great tasting drink in a little cafe in Australia. The mango sorbet makes all of the difference! Serve in chilled, sugared rim glasses.

    • 1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and diced
    • 2 large green apples, washed and sliced
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons chopped fresh root ginger
    • 250ml brewed green tea, chilled
    • 1 generous scoop mango sorbet or crushed ice

    1. Juice the pineapple, apples and ginger in a juice machine. Mix the juice with the tea, and stir in the mango sorbet.
