About this recipe:I love this recipe... I have modified it quite a lot so that it bears no resemblance to the original recipe. My mum thinks it needs more sugar, but I like the cocoa taste. Goes well with hot chocolate.... Mmmmm :D

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into the mixture. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking trays. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
Leave the cookies on the baking tray for a few mins after removing from the oven as they will be soft.
Remove from the tray onto a wire rack to cool completely.
