Pomegranate martini
A fabulous festive martini made with vodka, pomegranate juice and topped up with soda water. You can try topping it up with cava or sparkling wine, if you prefer the taste! It looks beautiful and tastes just as good!
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- Crushed ice or ice cubes
- 45ml vodka
- 45ml pomegranate juice
- 1 wedge fresh lime
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar, to coat the rim of glass
- 85ml soda water
- 1 slice fresh lime

- Combine crushed ice, vodka and pomegranate juice in a shaker. Squeeze lime juice into mixture. Shake vigorously, and set aside.
- Using the same lime wedge, run it around the rim of a martini glass. Dip glass rim into sugar. Strain liquid into glass, and top with soda water or sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of lime.
