Excellent quick sauce for marinating and seasoning grilled meats. It keeps very well in the fridge and I often give it to friends who ask for it.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- ½ onion, minced
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- ½ salsa rubra or hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let cool, then use for a BBQ of your choice.
