Fondue au chocolat

    You can substitute dark chocolate for milk chocolate if you prefer.

    Serves: 4 

    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 100ml double cream or crème fraîche
    • strawberries, raspberries, bananas, soft biscuits etc.

    1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add the cream and mix well. Pour into small individual bowls.
    2. Place the fruits and the biscuits on wooden skewers.
