About this recipe:I have always loved this recipe! It’s been my all-time favourite. I always make it for busy weekends because it's very quick and easy to make.
FOR THE SALAD
600g (1 lb 6 oz) seedless grapes
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
250ml (8 fl oz) fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons honey
FOR THE DRESSING
500ml (16 fl oz) grape juice
3 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
water, as needed

Put the grapes in a medium sized mixing bowl. Sprinkle some chopped parsley on the grapes and then pour in 250ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix them all together with a wooden spoon. Also add lemon zest and 2 teaspoons of honey for flavour.
For the dressing: pour in 500ml of grape juice into another bowl. Put 3 tablespoons of honey and 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise along with the remaining lemon juice. Add a little if the dressing is too thick. Mix together.
Pour the grape dressing over the salad, toss and serve cold.
