6 eggs
100g caster sugar
80g flour
250g dark chocolate
125g butter

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Butter and flour 6 ramekins.
Battre les œufs en omelette puis ajouter le sucre et la farine et bien mélanger. Ajouter le chocolat et le beurre fondus, mélanger à nouveau pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
In a bowl beat eggs till foamy. Add sugar and mix well. Melt chocolate and butter and add to mixture. Mix again.
Distribute mixture among the ramekins and bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
