Tuna puff pastry pie

    This pie requires only 5 ingredients. Serve it with a green salad for a quick and easy dinner.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 ready rolled puff pastry
    • 2 eggs
    • 250ml crème fraîche
    • 1 tin tuna in water, drainedboîte thon naturel
    • 2 tomatoes, sliced

    1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Line a pie tin with the puff pastry and trim any overhang.
    3. Slice tomatoes and distribute over pastry.
    4. Break up tuna with a fork and scatter on top.
    5. In a bowl beat eggs and crème fraîche and pour over filling.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven till browned and puffed up, about 20 minutes.
