BBQ salmon fillets

    Salmon fillets are brushed with a honey balsamic vinegar glaze and sprinkled with fresh herbs and breadcrumbs, then grilled on the BBQ.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • salt and pepper
    • 5 fresh basil leaves, minced
    • 5 parsley sprigs, minced
    • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
    • 4 salmon fillets without skin

    1. Preheat BBQ and generously oil the grate.
    2. In a bowl mix honey, alt and pepper. In another bowl mix herbs and breadcrumbs. Brush fillets with honey mixture and sprinkle with herb mixture.
    3. Grill on the preheated BBQ till the fish is nicely browned and easily flaked with a fork.
