Wild garlic butter with spring onions

    This flavoured butter can be eaten as a bread spread, with potatoes or like herb butter with steak and other grilled meats.

    • 150g butter, at room temperature
    • 1 to 2 spring onions, minced
    • 2 to 3 large wild garlic leaves, more to taste
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 pinch paprika powder

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well combined. Refrigerate till serving.
