BBQ sweetcorn cobs

    Grilled fresh sweetcorn is an easy, no fuss starter for a garden party or a summer dinner . If you like it less spicy, use less cayenne pepper.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 large sweetcorn cobs, shucked
    • 50g melted butter
    • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
    • salt
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons minced parsley

    1. Preheat your BBQ.
    2. Brush corn with the butter and dredge in cayenne. Sprinkle with salt.
    3. Grill till nicely browned all around, turning the cobs as needed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
