Chocolate coated chewy biscuit and raisin treats. They are so easy to make but delicious. Good to make with children.
Altered ingredient amounts. instead of rolling into balls, I lined a fridge safe container with greaseproof paper and spread out evenly(about 2cm thick) and set in fridge,then, melt the rest of the chocolate, pour over the top and return to the fridge, and when totally set,lift out and cut into bite size squares. - 25 Oct 2008

Lovely recipe! May I just say one thing? 30g is not 1 1/2 oz, and vice versa. The actual calculation comes out at a fraction over 42 1/2g, so you are better to make it 40g, rather than 30g. - 12 Sep 2013
