This is an ice cream recipe that does not require an ice cream maker and you can use any fruit or other ingredients such as chocolate biscuits, caramel, marshmallows, etc.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
150ml double cream
30g icing sugar, sifted
500g natural yoghurt
300g fruit and other ingredients of your choice
Method Prep:15min › Extra time:4min freezing › Ready in:19min
Whip cream with icing sugar till stiff.
Finely dice fruit and your other ingredients. You can also puree the fruit but I think it is also good a little chunkier. Fold into the whipped cream together with the yoghurt.
Tip into a freezer container with a tight fitting lid and place in the freezer. Stir after 2 hours, then return to freezer for a further 2 hours.
