    Next time you bake brownies, you might want to save some for this milkshake.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 4 brownies
    • 4 tablespoons vanilla or chocolate ice cream
    • chocolate sauce or vanilla syrup
    • 100ml milk, to taste

    Method

    1. Place brownies in the freezer for 30 minutes, then crumble in your blender.
    2. Add ice cream, sauce or syrup to taste and milk. Blend till smooth. Add more milk if you prefer it thinner.
    3. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve at once.
