Cajun spiced meatballs

3 people made this

About this recipe: These easy beef or pork meatballs are a welcome addition to any meal. Try serving with a fresh tomato and onion salsa and pasta or oven-baked potato wedges (see footnote), if you have time. Put these on the top shelf of the oven before starting the meatballs, and they will be ready by the time the meatballs are cooked.

Nice taste but it needed some salt - 31 Aug 2010

So easy to make even for an idiot like me. Stuck to the recipe and didn't try to tweak it. maybe next time. Average family award was 9/10. Not bad for a novice. - 09 Mar 2010
