Take 4 large soft flour tortilla wraps and lay out on a clean and dry, flat surface. Spread each with 2 tbsp yoghurt-dill spread (mix a 150g carton plain yoghurt with 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill and some ground black pepper). Divide 200g thinly sliced firm goat's cheese down the centre of the wraps. Top with 1/4 cos or romaine lettuce, finely shredded, and 50g rocket leaves. Scatter 1 tbsp sunflower seeds or toasted mixed seeds over each. Fold in the sides of each wrap to meet the filling, then roll up. Cut in half diagonally to serve.
