Caramelised rice pudding

Use canned rice pudding and a little demerara sugar for an easy special treat.

Ingredients

425g can luxury rice pudding
4-8 tbsp demerara sugar

Preparation method

1. Preheat the grill to high. Divide the contents of a 425g can luxury rice pudding among four small ramekins or bowls that will go under the grill. Sprinkle 1-2 tbsp demerara sugar over each pudding and grill until melted and bubbling. Can be eaten at once, or chilled.
