500g lean minced lamb
30g fresh white breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano, or 1 teaspoon dried
60g feta cheese, crumbled
salt and black pepper, to taste

Mix together minced lamb, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano and feta cheese. Season and shape into burger patties. Brush each side with olive oil.
Grill under a high heat, or cook on the barbecue, for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
