Get your mashed banana and mix it with double cream in a plastic bowl and put it in the freezer for one hour.
Then take it out again and put in 3 teaspoons of drinking chocolate and mix well then put it back in the freezer for an hour.
Continue to mix the ice cream every half an hour for the next 4 hours until frozen. To serve, spoon into bowls and put a dollop of whipped cream on the side, and if you want to be really posh garnish with a fresh mint leaf or a dusting of drinking chocolate powder.
