Cut the liver sausage and cream cheese into small chunks and place in large mixing bowl (this helps them to blend more easily).
Add remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl and beat until well-blended. It should be of a spreadable consistency when finished. (The mayonnaise will make the spread a little creamier, but isn't necessary.)
Chill leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
