    About this recipe: Mmmm! I had never had trout before, definitely not a fish lover, but my boyfriend said he wants more fish in his diet and I like creating with foods so we had rainbow trout for our tea. I actually liked it.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 rainbow trout halved lengthwise
    • 1 tsp maple syrup
    • 1/4 tsp curry powder
    • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

    1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C/gas mark 4 and put the fish on aluminium foil
    2. Mix together mustard and syrup. Use knife to spread mixture onto the fish.
    3. Sprinkle the fish with cayenne and curry powder and wrap loosely.
    4. Place in oven, cook about 15 minutes - serve with rice and veggies.
