Chop the onion finely and place in a bowl, set aside.
Meanwhile heat salted water to the boil and cook pasta until al dente.
Chop the chicken into small diced pieces start cooking the chicken on a high heat with a small amount of oil; keep stirring until the chicken has started to go white and then turn the heat down to medium.
Chop the bacon into small dice shapes and add with the onions, garlic and parsley to the pan. continue to cook till golden brown.
Add cream/creme fraiche to the pan, and simmer for about 4-5 minutes.
Drain pasta and add drained pasta to the frying pan and stir and check for seasoning
