Honey mustard salad dressing
It's amazing how only four ingredients can make this easy, delicious dressing - honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Whisk it up with a fork just before serving, and try it with cold chicken and mixed salad leaves.

- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon or English mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Chill slightly before serving.
- If you make double or triple the quantity, keep any leftovers in the fridge.

Mmmmmm delish. I had an abundance of oranges and needed to use them up and wanted a nice easy salad dressing at the same time so looked it up and made this recipe. I wasnt disappointed. You won't be either. - 13 May 2015
