About this recipe:
A rich, creamy dish that's best enjoyed as part of a healthier-than-this lifestyle! Pre-dice and freeze chicken breasts for a versatile ingredient when budget shopping. Try different flavoured cheese, such as black pepper.
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
2 diced chicken breasts
Half a tub of garlic and herb soft cheese (approx. 150g)
Half a small pot of double cream (approx. 75ml)
5 min › Cook:
15 min › Ready in:
Heat oil in a large frying pan
Fry the chicken on a medium heat until slightly browned
Turn down the heat to a lower temperature
Add the cheese and stir until no lumps of solid cheese remain
Add the cream and stir until fully combined
Serve with butter rice (cooked rice refried in butter)
This just did not taste right, I will not be making it again.

SO great, though we added garlic to help with the taste--it was a little bland, but altogether really good.

This was really nice!It tasted good and was lovely and creamy!I served this with pasta though,as i thought it was best suited to that rather than rice!
