    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
    • 2 diced chicken breasts
    • Half a tub of garlic and herb soft cheese (approx. 150g)
    • Half a small pot of double cream (approx. 75ml)

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Heat oil in a large frying pan
    2. Fry the chicken on a medium heat until slightly browned
    3. Turn down the heat to a lower temperature
    4. Add the cheese and stir until no lumps of solid cheese remain
    5. Add the cream and stir until fully combined
    6. Serve with butter rice (cooked rice refried in butter)

    This was really nice!It tasted good and was lovely and creamy!I served this with pasta though,as i thought it was best suited to that rather than rice! - 30 May 2010
