About this recipe: This dish was created the day after we had had a party and had lots of food left over, in particular a big pot of salsa! It's very quick and easy to make and we now make or buy salsa just to make this dish.
Ive tried this twice now (I realy wanted it to work!), once with left over salsa from a party and once with old el paso salsa bought especially. Both times; the result was lifeless, tasteless chicken. Sorry for the bad review - 28 Dec 2009
Thanks for this recipe - I've cooked this a number of times with great results that the family love. I often add some chopped onions (depending on how oniony the salsa is) and black beans, and melt grated cheddar cheese on top. Also, I tend to do it on the stove-top, caramelizing the chicken a bit first. Usually just serve with a simple tomato, spring onion and coriander (cilantro) salad with lime or lemon juice and garlic bread or homemade flour tortillas. - 08 Jul 2013
