A very simple and tasty icing. I'd recommend using fresh lemons for juice rather than bottled. If you prefer a zestier taste, add the zest of 1/2 to 1 lemon according to your own taste. Ensure you beat the mixture until the icing sugar is fully dissolved to avoid any grainy texture. - 17 Dec 2012
