2 cloves garlic, minced
500g sausage, sliced
1 large cabbage, shredded

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to the boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the pasta and return to the boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and the sausage. Cook until sausage is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add the cabbage; season with salt and pepper; cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in the pasta; cook until completely heated, about 5 minutes more. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
