5/6 spring onions
2 tsp paprika (heaped)
salt and black pepper

Put Cheese in a bowl. Finely chop spring onions and add to cheese - include green parts as it give a nice appearance. Add Paprika, Salt & Black Pepper. Mix with a fork until all ingredients are well mixed through and it is smooth.
Place in serving dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Serve with brown bread or French (Melba) toast.
