Good basic ingredients but I did change the way I cooked this. I am not a fan of microwaved food. Boiled the Cauliflower until Al Dente, then covered with the mustard/cheese/mayo and baked in the oven for 15 minutes. The mustard added a nice twist to normal cauliflower cheese. I would recommend using a good quality dijon mustard as the taste is quite strong. - 04 Apr 2010

Made it healthier. I used low fat mayonnaise and half fat cheese to make it a healthier option, without losing the grea taste - 03 Mar 2009

very easy, quick and very tasty but agree you only need 3 tablespoons of the mustard but would recommend you give it a try. - 08 Sep 2010
