    About this recipe: I made this recipe to deal with a "green day" on Slimming World. If you use the pasta as free food, the gammon as a healthy B choice and the soup as a Healthy B choice, it is "syn" free! Fabulous. It works; I lost 4 stone.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 sliced of gammon
    • 1 normal tin of cream of mushroom soup
    • as much pasta as you would like
    • soy Sauce to taste

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Boil the pasta in the usual manner.
    2. Grill the gammon rounds and microwave the soup in a microwave safe bowl.
    3. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to a big mixing bowl.
    4. Chop the cooked gammon into little squares. Combine it with the soup and the pasta, and mix well. Serve straight away. Add soy sauce and eat away...!
