    About this recipe: An unbelievable result with hardly any washing up!

    Serves: 48 

    • 450g plain chocolate
    • 1 (397g) tin condensed sweetened milk
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 180g chopped walnuts

    1. Line a 20cm (8 in) square dish with aluminium foil.
    2. Chop chocolate and place in a large, microwave safe bowl with condensed milk. Microwave on high, stirring once or twice until chocolate is soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and stir until completely smooth. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Spread in prepared dish.
    3. Refrigerate 2 hours, until firm. Cut into squares.

    Used different ingredients. Didn't use nuts as my daughter doesn't like them and used Dairy Milk chocolate chopped up. Having tried a few different types of chocolate this is our fav. - 20 Dec 2010

    Made it more kid friendly. Swapped the chopped walnuts for broken rich tea biscuits. The kids and all my friends loved them! - 24 Dec 2010
