About this recipe: My kids love this and you can use the sauce for bolognese - just substitute the vegetables for onions and (if you like) mushrooms

  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tin good quality chopped tomatoes
  • 1 fat clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 ball mozzerella
  • cheddar cheese
  • worcester sauce
  • tomato puree
  • 250g wholewheat penne pasta
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:35min
