About this recipe:
Berry Punch used at all my family occasions along with many other punches but this one is my personal favourite. If you like it sweeter you can add sugar or maple syrup, but the sherbet adds the sweetness kick for me, there is never a drop left in our house!
2 packets of Raspberry Crystal Light Mix
700ml of boiling water
4 litres of carbonated apple juice
3 litres of cranberry and raspberry juice
4 litres of ginger beer
350g frozen raspberries
200g halved frozen strawberries
250ml of strawberry sherbet

Mix the Crystal Light Mix into 700ml of Boiling Water.
Pour the carbonated apple juice with the crannberry and raspberry juice. And then add the ginger beer.
Leave the juice mix in the refrigerator for 5 hours. 90 minutes before taking the juice mix out of the fridge, put the crystal light mix into the freezer.
Pour the cold juice mix into puch bowl. Then take out the slushy crystal light mix and pour on top.
Sprinkle the sherbet on top and serve straight away.
